This position is outside the bargaining unit.
TERM NTE 4 years, May be extended to a total of no more than 8 years.
Duties
This announcement is recruiting for 2 IT Project Managers, each with a different specialty.

Qualifications
GS-14: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13 in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.

To meet the specialized experience required for this position you must meet 3 of the 4 statements below:
1. Experience planning, organizing, and directing the work of government and contract personnel;
2. Experience leading major IT systems development projects from design to support, and assessing the effectiveness of IT systems and services;
3. Experience communicating technical advice, guidance, and solutions to senior executives, senior officials, and internal and external stakeholders on diverse information technology issues;
4. Experience in enterprise web services (internet/intranet), content management, and project management principles.
Additional to the above specialized experience, for all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
