Duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Management Analyst (Paper Reduction Act), you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Office of the Chief Information Officer to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Researching and investigating new, improved, or emerging electronic business and management practices for application to program and business operations and e-Government reporting.
Providing technical assistance to individuals and internal and external components (i.e., Department, other Federal agencies, private organizations, etc.,) on issues that concern the development and evaluation of Paper Reduction Act (PRA) packages, OCIO business operations, and e-Government including reporting.
Overseeing the development of information collection packages for prior submission and approval from Office of Management and Budget (OMB) by coordinating, controlling, reviewing and evaluating the need for collection and functional description of the information collected, and the plan for collected information.
Developing initial PRA plans and recommendations for approval or disapproval of changes by ensuring activities are carried out in concert with the PRA, Departmental plans, and the requirements under the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA).

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications: You must possess at least one-year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service that includes at least two (2) of the following:
Provide consulting and advisory services and assistance in the areas of administrative documents, policies, and/or procedures.
Utilizing a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and/or improvement of management and administrative processes and systems.
Serve as a representative on ad-hoc and standing committees, task forces and special work groups.
Development of Resources Management planning process activities in preparation of long-range plans; and evaluating and recommending action on plans for individual Operating Division activities or proposals.
