Duties
You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Military Administration Division (HQS1), Headquarters Support Department (HQS) at Naval Network Warfare Command.
You will serve as the Military Administration Division Officer leading and planning a variety of substantive military administration and personnel programs.
You will supervise all assigned personnel to the Headquarters Support Department and Military Administration Division.
You will plan, direct, administer and assure quality control of the department work through analysis of workload determination of priorities, assignment of tasks and redirection as required.
You will perform full span of supervisory duties for Military Personnel (MILPERS), including ensuring compliance with all Navy/Command MILPERS policies and programs, fitness report and evaluation (FITREP/EVAL) development and counseling.
You will manage all Navy/Command MILPERS programs, processes, and policies assigned to the department.
You will perform duties with independence to accomplish stated objectives and exercise authoritative latitude in independent judgment and decision-making in carrying out the mission of the command.
You will analyze and evaluate (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
-Experience supervising and planning employee management, basic conflict resolution, performance assessment standards, and leading people to achieve intended task outcomes.
-Experience identifying procedures for providing administrative support systems such as record management, communication, directives, forms, files, and documentation.
-Experience managing military functions such as Evaluations, Fitness Reports, counseling, Awards or similar programs.
-Experience providing independent counsel to leadership regarding military manpower and manning policies, and administrative issues.
