You will serve as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst in the Centralized Coordination Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

You will provide guidance in the development, review, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of workload execution and overall command performance. You will analyze and evaluate all aspects of command performance to include but not limited to planning, scheduling, production execution, financial, quality, etc. and advise subordinates on technical and administrative responses. You will serve as the technical subject matter expert on administrative matters by preparing, revising or reviewing reports, studies, concurrence and other correspondence. You will develop methods and procedures for collecting, compiling and analyzing data relating to the assigned areas and prepare formal reports or presentations of findings and recommendations. You will manage and direct a team of analysts to administer the program effectively.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Analyzing the induction schedules and scheduled completion dates of assigned programs; (2) Conducting research on assigned program schedules and completions and performing statistical analysis and computation of data; (3) Evaluating all aspects of production status and advising subordinates on technical and administrative matters; and (4) Establishing performance standards and providing forecasts of expected workload for current and future year planning purposes.
