About the Position: Serves as a Talent Management Specialist, responsible for leading talent management placement activities of highly qualified individuals for a variety of disciplines including engineering, scientific, technical, and administrative occupations for mission critical positions. The position entails coordination of the external recruitment efforts with other organizations within the District.Serves as the lead for recruitment, marketing, and outreach across TSD and P3M Divisions.

Duties

Provides guidance and advice to management on recruitment and outreach initiatives. Participates in job/career fairs to recruit potential employees. Advises the Commander on staffing requirements, workforce resources, program objectives, and problems. Coordinates with Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) to streamline activities and unify recruitment efforts. Serves as the District’s onboarding and acculturation program coordinator. Serves as the District’s telework program coordinator. Provides program support for LRB initiatives and requirements. Coordinates administrative requirements to monitor and track requirements for DPMAP performance evaluations.

  • This position requires Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) of at least 25% of the duty time.
