Duties

This position is located under the Office of Human Resources and Professional Development, Human Resources Operations Division, located in District of Columbia, District of Columbia.

Qualifications

To qualify for 12, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12. GS-12 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience. Specialized Experience is: .Plans, develops, and coordinates a wide variety of administrative support functions such as preparing documents and making decisions based on a broad of mission requirements; AND Analyzes methods to review and evaluate reports/other materials, analyze and measure the effectiveness of administrative operations and programs; AND Addresses customer complaints; AND Communicates with others orally and in writing to present recommendations.
