This position serves as a Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH) located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Justice Management Division (JMD), Cybersecurity Services Staff (CSS),in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to perform first-line supervision over a group of IT Cybersecurity Specialists who support the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Department as it relates to Identity, Credential, and Access Management.

The duties and responsibilities as a Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH) GS-2210-15 generally include, but are not limited to the following:
Leads strategic planning that contributes to the long-term vision of the Department's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) initiatives, techniques, and processes.
Makes qualitative and data driven decisions that, facilitate missions, and recommends solutions that measure department level ICAM and cybersecurity performance.
Oversees program teams ensuring the achievement and maintenance of architectural requirements.
Represents the agency by devising, implementing, and overseeing strategic priorities and resources for ICAM, cybersecurity programs and mission critical initiatives.
Assists Contract Management by providing IT expertise into new contracts/solicitations, contract modifications, change requests, Performance Work Statements and Statements of Work.

- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
- This position requires the candidate to be able to hold a security clearance at the Top Secret security level.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position of Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH) at (GS-2210-15), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade.

Basic Qualifications (2210 series):

AND
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized Experience is defined as:
Leading record and data management functions associated with credentialing services required for implementation of the Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) initiatives using personnel and information technology databases; AND
Managing infrastructure and services necessary to manage identities, authentication, and access control to resources in a secure and efficient manner required account access and Information System Privileged Access to perform required roles and functions to meet the needs of the agency.
