Duties

Performs assignments related to programming/development functions, coordinating system analysis, development and integration testing, and system change requests reviews. Analyzes functional and technical requirements of proposed or existing software and systems to effectively develop, modify, or enhance the system. Prepares system change specifications, identifying programming instructions, inputs and outputs, structures and other analytical products to document technical requirements. Provides input to system documentation to improve software development processes in accordance with industry standards and to support information assurance audits. Provides technical analysis and review of system documentation as it pertains to software development lifecycle.

Specialized experience is defined as: Providing technical information technology (IT) expertise to program, develop, test, and configuring software and applications on automated information systems; assisting with identifying, implementing, testing and remediating technical IT requirements for assigned technologies and environments; participating in system requirement reviews and testing; experience with Oracle Forms and Reports, PL SQL, packages, and functions as it relates to programming.
