You will serve as an INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST in the PROTYPE AND MANUFACTURING DIVISION OF THE AIRCRAFT DIVISION, SE AND ALRE GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Duties
You will provide leadership and technical guidance of Quality Assurance team members in support of NAWCADLKE programs.
You will serve as an expert on matters pertaining to the non destructive testing of critical ALRE AND SE systems of critical ALRE systems.
You will lead team members in the conduct of audits products and to detect processing and technical documentation deficiencies.
You will analyze data for trends and prepare recommendations for industrial process improvement.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing leadership and technical guidance of team members in support of NAWCAD and other Defense/Non-Defense sponsored programs 2) Leading the team in the development of quality plans, oversees industrial activities, and troubleshoots manufacturing problems 3) Maintaining records, reporting deficiencies, and preparing technical reports 4) Providing guidance and advice to junior and journeymen QA personnel performing assigned tasks based upon understanding of the QA methodologies and requirements and complexity of the work 5) Applying statistical theory in the preparation of process control method sheets to establish data collection criteria and requirements to identify, monitor, and minimize process variables.
