This position is located in Field Operations Directorate, Office of Field Operations Southeast Regional Office.
As an Business Interface Representative, you will lead the planning, evaluation, training and implementation of new IT projects.
Duties
Develop, administer and maintain data collection systems and other strategies that optimize and streamline statistical efficiency and data quality.
Develop and administer databases which are used to contain Performance and Quality data sets for mission-critical reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain organizational or units website to accurately disseminate pertinent Division-related information.
Research and evaluate new technologies to improve the overall efficiency, advancement and productivity of mission-critical processes.
Provide technical training on technological integrations and implementations to ensure overall user proficiency and significantly improve quality of completed products.
Support the Regional Budgetary process and analyze for better efficiencies by the use of various process improvements.
Qualifications
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/23/2023.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/23/2023.
GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess tone (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, which has equipped you with the skills to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Develop and manage online sites, web pages, libraries and permission lists;
Develop project plans, reports and presentations for senior leadership;
Evaluate current business and management practices to propose improvements in program operations.
