This position serves as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH), located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Cybersecurity Services Staff (CSS), in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to function as an IT Cybersecurity Project Manager by providing Enterprise Architecture (EA) support throughout the department as it relates to Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) Program.

The duties and responsibilities as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to the following:
Identifies strategic priorities in the areas of government-wide cybersecurity initiatives, and identifies new opportunities pertaining to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM).
Resolves integration issues related to the implementation of new systems within the existing infrastructure and responds to critical ICAM and architectural cybersecurity issues.
Coordinates the Department's Enterprise ICAM and Architecture (EA) governance requirements.
Monitors contractor performance to ensure compliance with technical requirements and service level agreements.
Requirements

- This position requires the candidate to be able to hold a security clearance at the Top Secret security level.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position of IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH) at (GS-2210-14), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade.
Basic Qualifications (2210 series):
Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attention to detail.

Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
AND
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized Experience is defined as:
Assists in performing record and data management functions associated with credentialing services required for implementation of the Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) initiatives using personnel and information technology databases; AND
Maintaining required account access and Information System Privileged Access to perform required roles and functions to meet the needs of the agency.
