About the Position: This position is located at the Army Medical Center Darnall, Fort Cavazos, Texas.

Duties

Review comprehensive manpower management surveys to determine current applicability. Recommend elimination of unnecessary organizations, personnel, supervisory positions, functions, and overlapping or duplicating responsibilities. Review reorganization proposals and/or justifications of all MEDDAC activities for changes in personnel allowances. Recommend or reject requested actions. Review and release manpower authorization documents and recurring manpower reports to higher headquarters Program, adjust, and control the Civilian End Strength and Work year Program for the MEDDAC.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Tier 3 security investigation or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
