About the Position: This position is located at the Tooele Army Depot Resource Management (PPC) Directorate, Planning (PPC) Division.
Duties
Serve as the Chief of the Planning Division and the Master Scheduler for Tooele Army Depot.
Responsible for managing creation of BOMs and Routes, CRP for funded and planned programs, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for supplies and processing of PRs through the depot procurement system.
Develop the master schedule for programs for engineering, technical support, production, fabrication, maintenance, demilitarization, and other programs.
Responsible for planning, programming, and master scheduling operations for organizations mission work.
Provide information to the Managers for developing policies and procedures relating to operations of all divisions within the installation production shops.
Serve as the division chief, exercising a full range of personnel management authority and responsibility over subordinates.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Applying project management principles, processes and procedures related to industrial manufacturing processes such as, machining, welding, painting, assembling and logistical planning. Implementing corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of projects. Utilizing the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to enter and/or retrieve labor and procurement of parts and materials. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
