About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical and training support.

Duties

Plan and coordinate logistics work operations on a daily, monthly, quarterly, or project basis and develops guidance for lower grade personnel as required. Perform a range of duties including advising, coordinating, research, document control and other necessary tasks in support of all cataloging functions within Logistics Management programs. Analyze status of objectives and other key management indicators to determine any negative trends. Provide technical expertise relative to supply, supply automated systems, and property accountability.

Specialized Experience: One year of Specialized Experience which includes: 1) Preparing reports concerning logistical support, Business and/or Program Issues; 2) Analyzing Business processes and functions pertaining to the logistics management maintenance enterprise resource planning; and 3) Presenting logistics management technical information to various audiences. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
