About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical and training support.

Duties

Lead a team in achieving and supporting specific tasks related to operational ILS packages and assist in accomplishing specific tasks and meet organizational goals. Communicate assignments, and program deadlines to individual team members for completion. Distribute, and balance workload assignments among team members in accordance with established work flow patterns, skill, and occupational specialization. Evaluate program documentation and equipment/systems design for logistics consideration. If necessary, formulate alternative support goals to achieve program objectives. Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and conferences at lateral or higher echelons, making formal presentations regarding ILS issues.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above).
