Incumbent serves as the Service Center focal for Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Mission Support Services (AJV), Eastern Service Center (AJV-E), Planning and Requirements Group (AJV-E300), Program and Implementation Management Team (Navaids) AJV-E360.

Duties

Participates in national work groups and efforts to improve national program management and Corporate Work Plan policy and procedures. Provides training, oversight, and guidance to lower level analysts. Serves as liaison to counterparts in other Service Center locations to maintain standardization across the Service Areas.

  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.

Qualifications

To Qualify at the FG-13 (FV-I) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-12 or FV-H level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is: Developing procedures, systems, and methods on a variety of management functions and activities in one or more of the following areas - organizational planning and development, project management, and data management;Planning, scheduling and conducting analyses/studies of proposed program plans for accomplishing program activities.In addition to the minimum qualifications, the following has been determined to be a selective factor for this position. This means possession of this criterion is part of the minimum qualifications and is essential to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Selective Placement Factor (SPF): Primavera P6 Experience. A minimum of 2 years demonstrated proficiency in using Primavera P6 to plan, schedule, and track project progress as well as identifying and addressing potential issues and risk to ensure project success.
