About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Public Works, located at Fort Myer, VA.

Duties

Prepares reports of work requirements, workflow, and work execution. Serves as the first point of contact and provides customer service. Uses a variety of computer software regularly. Ensures correct work documents are completed. Maintains accurate and timely Garrison project lists. Receives telephone calls, determines nature of calls, and handles all situations independently.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementClericalCustomer Service (Clerical/Technical)Data Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06). Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and minimum qualification requirements prescribed by OPM within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
