You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Ranges/Trgts Ops/Instrmtn & Labs Group, Threat Target Systems Dept of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will lead a team in designing and/or conducting analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, or other research.
You will Manage daily workload for team. Establishes priorities and works to resolve conflicts between priorities.
You will identifie customers information systems and cybersecurity requirements.
You will analyze information system requirements or environment to estimate resource costs.
You will assist technical program managers with IT business planning for the future with a specific focus on manpower and facilities.
Requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Managing day-to-day operations of an organization and/or project team; 2) Performing project management to include planning, managing, and closing out a project including the management of cost, performance, and schedule aspects of that project; 3) Leading teams in a technical environment to include managing the team's implementation of systems engineering, cybersecurity, configuration management, and engineering fundamental concepts; 4) Performing analysis to track business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa.
