This position is located under the Office of Science and Technology (OST), IT Services Delivery Division, Project Management Branch in Washington, District of Columbia.

Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. To qualify for the GS-13, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12. Specialized experience for the position includes: Experience concurrently managing multiple projects which involve development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of applications and systems; and Experience utilizing project management and software development methodologies including, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, SDLC, PMBOK; and Experience leading short and long-term projects, defining scope/cost, prioritizing work, developing schedules, and identifying risks; and Experience in area one of the following areas: research and analysis of solutions, requirements gathering, process improvement, and problem solving.
