Incumbent serves as a management and program analyst for an organizational entity of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Duties

Develops procedures, systems, and methods on a variety of management functions and activities in one or more of the following areas - organizational planning and development, staffing utilization, productivity, work improvement and work methods, work measurement and staffing standards development, delegation of authority, goals and objectives, business management, financial tracking and/or information management.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FG-13 (FV-I) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of Specialized Experience equivalent to the FG/GS-12 or FV-H level. Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized Experience is: Extensive experience in tracking, reviewing and processing air traffic accidents packages and knowledge of the accident investigation process, per the FAA Order 8020.16. Knowledge of the Accident Package Generator (APG) and full working knowledge of Falcon bookmarks, searches and audio input, full program functionality, SATORI-E/M and airspace coverage knowledge.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
