You will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
in the Command Services Department (N1) of the Naval Oceanographic Office of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
Duties
You will support the primary operation of the Department and other Departments at the Command by providing Human Capital Liaison support as assigned.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Management Support Specialists.
You will prepare a Departments operating budget through coordination with various managers.
You will compiles budget requirements and present to the Director for approval.
You will serves as the departmental point of contact for authoritative information on administrative policies, procedures, and requirements.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience advising management on development of Crediting Plans and Interview questions for Merit Promotion Panels; Experience providing assistance with resolving personnel, pay, and leave-related issues; communicating complex, factual information orally and in writing in order to represent the interests of all Management Support Specialists and resolve issues and problems; Experience using administrative policies, procedures, and requirements in order to provide guidance and assistance to other Management Support Specialists and secretaries across an organization; Experience in personnel management policies, procedures, and regulations in order to complete, and advise on issues such as recruitment, career ladder promotions, position management, and classification; and Experience initiating and coordinating requests for personnel action.
