You will serve as a Resources Specialist in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, Infrastructure Business Ops Department, Project Management & Engineering Division, Project Management Branch of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will provide day-to-day facilities liaison support for the Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization Program Manager.
You will ensure facilities requirements are captured and track all pre and post award execution of facilities projects.
You will provide additional project execution support such as the tracking of requirements and execution.
You will collect data from management, engineers, and/or staff in order to generate and provide data sets and metrics containing project-completing averages relative to pertinent tasking.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band DA-01 in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of Qualifying Specialized Experience: 1) Working with facilities sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM); 2) Analyzing procurements against spend plans, collaborating with customers to identify requirements, and working with customers and stakeholders to track procurements, repairs, and construction by project ; 3) Providing liaison support with various service providers; 4) Preparing all documentation necessary for requesting service provider support.
