You will serve as a FACILITIES PROGRAM MANAGER in the JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL of NLSC.
Duties
You will be responsible for advising on the technological and economic feasibility of processes, systems, and equipment utilized in the design and construction of structures.
You will manage and direct Echelon II/III/IV efforts to guide the coordinated application of project development, general planning knowledge, skills, expertise and practices necessary to effectively implement JAG goals and requirements worldwide.
You will act as a liaison with other government agencies and external stakeholders to include Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) program managers, Corps of Engineers, and
NAVFAC Echelon II, III, and IV staff.
You will develop and ensure long-term management practices, operations and procedures are properly maintained, communicated and trained long-term.
You will support the work, goals, objectives and outcomes of other JAG Program Managers and Directors engaged in ashore requirements, operations, and planning.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
1) Advising and coordinating many operation activities relating to facilities, construction, maintenance, sustainability requirements and initiatives, historic preservation requirements, environmental requirements, leasing program management, site development, property management, and day-to-day facilities management; 2) Collaborating work to forecast, justify, obtain and allocate resources necessary to support programs and policy implementation; 3) Possessing expert knowledge in the areas of equipment acquisition, contracting, cost and price analysis, funding authorities, planning/pre-design engineering studies, economic analysis, cost estimating, environmental planning documentation and safety/non-safety site approval documentation; and 4) Coordinating, integrating, leading and directly controlling efforts associated with planning, programing, budgeting and contracting for facility project initiatives.
