Duties

As a Lead Grants Evaluation Specialist (Team Leader), you will: Serve as Team Leader to AO Grants Evaluation Division and utilizes a wide variety of coordinating, coaching, facilitating, consensus-building and planning techniques to assist the AO Division Team in completing assigned tasks. Ensure ONAP's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into team strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products. Articulate and communicates team assignments, potential program issues problems to be addressed, project milestones, and deadlines and time frames for completion Coach AO Division Team in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques, and provides advice on work methods, practices and procedures.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Analyzing, evaluating, and recommending solutions to policy and program issues.; AND - Reviewing annual reports and audits and providing on-going technical assistance and training to employees on program related issues.; AND - Providing guidance to team members and monitoring their progress towards achieving program goals and objectives Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
