About the Position: The Anniston Army Depot is located in Anniston, Alabama in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain half way between Atlanta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama just off interstate 20. The Depot is the largest employer in Calhoun County with Approximately 4000 employees.

Duties

Develop the assigned portions of the annual Budget Estimate Submission including revenue and expense by Army Management Structure Code, object class, and cost center. Analyze funding documents for correctness prior to reviewing/approving the documents. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze and portray a variety of budgetary data. Perform proper actions in the occurrence of daily duties to pass audit readiness requirements for incoming and outgoing MIPRs, incoming checks, and incoming GFEBS/LCMC funding.

• This position has a data analytics requirement. The incumbent must meet all requirements for data analytics level 1 certification within 12 months of being placed on the position.
• This position requires Financial Management Level 2 Certification in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051, amending 10 USC, section 1599d.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
