You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST and Deputy Division Head for the ELECTRONIC WARFARE SYSTEMS DIVISION, CHINA LAKE RANGES DEPTPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will serve as the Deputy Division Head, leading and managing the daily operations for all assigned resources.
You will assist the Division Head in addressing administrative tasking, answering data calls, and briefing capabilities to both internal and external customers.
You will oversee the staffing, facilities, and equipment for multiple range resources and activities.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality data products and services to our range customers, using a variety of radar systems, simulators/emulators, and integrated air defense system technologies.
You will develop and implement a strategic plan for future capabilities and sustainment of our systems.
You will supervise and mentor the leadership of three subordinate branches.
Requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating experience with Electronic Warfare System Test and Evaluation methods; 2) Managing technical projects and project teams; 3) Performing analysis to determine Life Cycle Sustainment Cost; and 4) Demonstrating knowledge of acquisition processes.
