Duties
Perform complex manpower studies for the entire command for the purpose of determining manpower and equipment requirements.
Analyze mass changes for reorganization and ensure related systems are correctly updated in a timely fashion.
Maintain accurate strength and structure information contained in manpower authorization documents.
Conduct/Attend in manpower studies and working group meetings.
Serve as G8 Operations/Staff Action Officer.
Serve as an OTC representative in all matters relating to the maintenance and guidance for the Automated Time and Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
Serve as system administrator for automated Online TDA system.
Coordinate and administer all facets of a manpower survey.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the duration of your employment.
- This position requires the employee to occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 25% of the time.
- Position requires DoD Financial Management Level II certification in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012.

Specialized Experience involves: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Experience performing manpower studies for a command for the purpose of determining manpower and equipment requirements; 2) Experience serving as a POC for ATAAPS Data base in an organization; and 3) Experience Processing TDA equipment requests. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
