Duties

Supervises and administers the full range of human resources and performance management responsibilities of the Recycling Program personnel. Directs the marketing, operations, development, and stewardship outreach of the installation's Recycling Program to ensure it functions as a fluid, profit generating, and installation enhancing activity. Develops and executes a Recycling Program annual business plan covering projected recycle programs, staffing requirements, funding levels, equipment / facility needs, and educational programs. Coordinates/moderates the Installations Quarterly Qualified Recycling Program Committee meetings to include keeping committee apprised of Recycling Program finances and facilitating distribution of program revenues through approved projects. Serves as the installation expert and advisor on all issues related to the Recycling Program and maintains professional dialogue with HQ IMCOM program functionals and other IMCOM installation QRP Managers. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements are: One year of work experience directly related to the duties to be performed. Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred: 1. Must have prior supervisory experience (3 years) and ability to communicate with Installation leadership in an educational setting. 2. Must have at least 1 year experience with budgeting and managing a program's financing. **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
