As IT Technical Integration and Enterprise Architecture support at Armstrong Flight Research Center, supports the technical integration of services delivered at the Center and in conjunction with Agency Service Lines. Works with customers and agency-level offices to develop solutions, verify strategies, and identify opportunities for meeting requirements with shared solutions, strategy, and infrastructure. Supports customers utilizing interpersonal skills in varying duties and requirements.
Duties
Work with service customers, OCIO Strategy and Architecture Office (SAO), service organizations, and contractors to gather and verify service requirements and identify opportunities for meeting requirements with shared strategy and solutions.
Lead/participate in agency and Center level working groups, project teams, tiger teams, etc.; prioritize customer requirements; support project lifecycle reviews; and support other IT process frameworks required in support of OCIO.
Monitor support of Enterprise-delivered contract services, developing strategic plans and processes necessary to support Agency OCIO SAO requirements. Support the technical integration of local and enterprise services with other center customers.
Participate in all aspects of management of IT related projects, including formulation, requirements development, implementation/integration, and evaluation. Integrates local Center and Mission requirements into Agency IT Strategy.
Responsible for communicating complex technical information to non-technical personnel, managing reporting processes, and developing a connection between Agency OCIO and AFRC OCIO strategy and architecture.
Coordinate activities across multiple sections of the OCIO’s multiple contracts, supporting a customer base that includes NASA civil servants, contractors, and others across the Center and Agency in support of various missions.
Work with team members and customers identifying problems and recommending changes in technical operations, procedures, and integrated delivery of quality IT services.
Maintain awareness of the unique center mission requirements and activities to ensure the optimal configuration and implementation of the service is aligned with Agency plans.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level:
Providing IT customer support to a wide variety of stakeholders;
Supporting the technical integration of Information Technology services with varied customers, coordinating technical design and/or development activities;
Assisting in the development, implementation, and/or monitoring of Information Technology policy to ensure efficiency and compliance.
AND
IF you are qualifying based on experience, you MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
