ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) serves as the world leader in providing timely, relevant, accurate and actionable geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). NGA's civilian, military and contract personnel evaluate imagery, maps, charts, multiple layers of foundation data - such as terrain, elevation and gravity - and the full spectrum of visible and invisible light in order to help users visualize what is happening at a particular place and time. Our intelligence officers go beyond describing "what, where and when" to revealing "how and why" our work enables decision advantage for our policymakers, warfighters, intelligence professionals and first responders.The GEOINT Information Group (ST), Technical Office (STT), is seeking a highly motivated Team Lead to implement and maintain maiNGAte, Source's newest dissemination platform for Foundational GEOINT products, providing access to and dissemination of geospatial data, products, and services to NGA partners and customers where, when, and how they need it.Responsibilities and Requirements:1. Work in an agile environment to drive stakeholder priorities.2. Gathering and implementing user requirements.3. Provide stakeholder management, understanding how to iterate requirements with customers for optimal solution.4. Coordinate with development team and facilitate weekly Technical Engineering Meetings (TEMs) with product owners and developers.5. Project and plan funding for phased approach and create timelines and roadmaps for each phase.6. MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Demonstrated experience collecting, managing and coordinating customer requirements.2. Demonstrated experience engaging in highly complex challenges facing an organization.3. Demonstrated experience providing briefings, both orally and in written format, to leadership. 5. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with others at all levels of an organization, to resolve needs and deliver solutions, in a timely manner.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Physical Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in identifying and leveraging IC/DoD missions and needs to integrate capabilities and methodology, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in identifying and leveraging IC/DoD missions and needs to integrate capabilities and methodology, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Demonstrated leadership ability to manage daily operations with a full range of administrative, personnel, financial, and managerial responsibilities.2. Demonstrated leadership ability to work with organic and matrixed coalitions to implement strategic plans and goals.3. Applicant expected to be a proven innovator and technology integrator.4. Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking techniques in analyzing issues, devising creative solutions to complex problems, and communicating and implementing value-added change activities.
