Requirements

Qualifications

In addition to the education required for this position, For GS-11: you must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 level. Specialized experience is defined as: experience that involves the economic analysis and evaluation of electric or natural gas and oil market issues.For GS-12: you must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 level. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience that involves moderately complex economic analysis and evaluation of electric or natural gas and oil market issues. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including any volunteer experience.
