About the Position: This Program Manager (Facilities) reports to the Chief of Headquarters Facility Operations Branch, Facilities Division of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) in Alexandria, Virginia. Located along the western bank of the Potomac River, Alexandria is an independent city of the Commonwealth of Virginia, located approximately seven miles south of downtown Washington, D.C.

Duties

Serve as a Program Manager for one or more Facilities Division programs that may include the following: Real Property Management, Facility Asset Management, Asbestos Management, Sustainment, Restoration etc. Implement agency decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy into the development of assigned programs. Develop contract requirements packages (e.g.., scopes of work, independent government cost estimates, contract data requirements, justifications, approvals, acquisition plans, source selection plans, etc.). Provide budgetary guidance to headquarters and regional Facilities Division leaders, detail policy and procedures, and provide budget formulation assumptions. Develop detailed programming, financial planning justification, and documentation for inclusion in the organizational / departmental short-term and long-term budgeting and planning processes.

Requirements
