This position is located at Departmental Offices, Management CFO- Info Systems and CIO. As an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) (PLCYPLN) (PKI PROGRAM MANAGER), you will service as the Treasury Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Policy Management Authority (PMA) and is a subject matter expert in the areas of digital services and PKI. The employee creates Treasury policy, develops PKI and digital services systems, applications, and tools, and conducts audits.
Duties
As an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) (PLCYPLN) (PKI PROGRAM MANAGER), you will:
Develop digital services and PKI policies, procedures, technical documents, as well as interagency agreements and acquisitions documentation to ensure digital services and PKI reliability and accessibility for Department-wide use cases.
Champion the use of Digital Analytics (qualitative and quantitative measurements of data, in order to improve the customer experience) across the Department.
Identify strategy to deliver needed digital services and PKI, supporting Federal entities with a focus on Treasury efforts.
Serve as subject matter expert for diverse range of issues related to technology, digital service delivery, and/or technology policy, as well as more widespread issues affecting the Department's mission in one or more areas.
Confer with key government and private officials and top experts in related field(s), representing Treasury at technical symposia and conferences.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
Monitoring program compliance to requirements, regulations, or established performance levels; AND
Experience with program analysis, including the experience guiding and structuring work and understanding large quantities of information and the production of a wide variety of written materials; AND
Serving as a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Policy Management Authority (PMA) and experience with Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM), gained either in the public or private sector; AND
Participating as a team leader on interdisciplinary project teams.
In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
