You will serve as a Supervisory Industrial Engineering Technician in the Industrial Production Planning Division, Industrial Production Support Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will identify repair, calibration, and test requirements to determine sequence of operations needed for overhaul of assigned aircraft, engines, or components.
You will establish or recommend new production operations for aircraft rework.
You will identify or recommend appropriate solutions to resolve technical industrial engineering problems.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialist experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Completetion and certification of Defense Workload Methods and Standards (DWMS). 2. Ability to performs comprehensive planning concerning elements to establish repair capability and to maintain and update capability requirements for assigned aircraft, engines, or components. 3. Ability to performs detailed reviews of programs utilizing tools such as Work Document deck scrubs and Standard Depot Level Maintenance and Phased Depot Maintenance Specification reviews. 4. Ability to perform investigations, reviews, and studies to determine the reasons for excessive variances (man-hours/dollars losses or gains) under the guidance of senior technicians or supervisory personnel. 5. Demonstrate abilities to affectiveley communicate and lead diverse people groups with daily challenges. Demonstrate initiative, proactivity, and compliance with rules and regulations.
