You will serve as an Industrial Engineering Technician in the Centralized Coordination Dept, Business Develpment Division of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will serve as senior Industrial Engineering Technician for assigned (Aircraft, Components or Engines) program providing management support services for cost analysis, planning and development of Workload Standards/Component Unit Pricing packages.
You will serve as the Lead Workload Standards (WLS) Manager of the FRC Workload and Materials Standards Development Team for assigned programs.
You will direct, coordinate and conduct complex variance analyses and industrial engineering studies encompassing all production and support activities within the depot.
You will coordinate and participate in rework specification reviews.
You will plan, develop, administer and maintain workload standards for an assigned program.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing logistics planning and integration documents for the repair of new and prospective workload programs to contribute in capability development for aircraft, component, engine, and/or group support equipment systems; 2) Conducting studies to evaluate existing and proposed production and operational methods and sequence of work operations; 3) Establishing time standards and man-hour estimates for existing and proposed workload programs to gather and analyze data for special studies and projects assigned to the division; 4) Managing and maintaining Master Work Plans (MWP) to improve capability and capacity of the facility and to support the Navy's Aircraft, Engine and Component Programs, with emphasis on productivity enhancement, evaluation, and measurement.
