Duties

Duties include but may not be limited to:
Train employees, identify inconsistencies and discuss software capabilities with management.
Produce reports that contain information such as cost analysis, effectiveness and productivity.
Apply user acceptance testing principles, methods and approaches to test, debug and maintain software applications, while meeting functional requirements.
Retrieve, track and trend information needed for reporting.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Qualifications
You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as noted below.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS 7) in Federal Service that includes performing the following duties: Train employees, identify inconsistencies and discuss software capabilities with management.; Produce reports that contain information such as cost analysis, effectiveness and productivity.; Apply user acceptance testing principles, methods and approaches to test, debug and maintain software applications, while meeting functional requirements.; Retrieve, track and trend information needed for reporting.

SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED): Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related

COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED): Equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate-level education (beyond 18 semester hours) and specialized experience, as described above, which meet the total experience requirements for this grade level. The education portion must include graduate courses directly related to the work of this position.

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Physical Requirements: Regular and recurring work is mostly sedentary involving sitting at a desk, although the position requires the ability to move from one geographic location of the facility to another. The incumbent works with a computer screen and keyboard. Some physical effort such as standing, walking, bending or prolonged sitting may be required. The incumbent may be exposed to walking to outlying areas. The work places no special physical demands on the employee.
