This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC), Facilities Design & Construction Center (FDCC), Planning & Management Branch, Norfolk, VA.
Duties
In this position, you will serve as a Real Property Accountability Specialist and be responsible for providing professional and technical products and services as well as guidance and expertise in the area of real property inventory management and reporting for various locations throughout the SILC area of responsibility. Being a CG civilian makes you a valuable member of the CG team. Typical work assignments include:

Qualifications
GS-12 LEVEL: Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include: performing Real Property inventory validation/reconciliation using a program such as Access, Oracle, or Maximo; interpreting and applying laws, regulations, precedents, policies and practices related to real estate property acquisition, management and disposal; reviewing, analyzing, and comprehending construction drawings and project requirements documents to identify real property assets impacted by the project scope; reviewing and analyzing construction project drawings and documents.
