About the Position: This position is located with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, Programs and Project Management Division in Sacramento, CA.

Duties
Provides staff assistance to management by performing analytical and evaluative tasks in support of funding requirements to Project and Program Managers for the District’s Military, Environmental, and Support for Others programs (SFO).
Imparts technical and financial guidance to lower graded employees on analyzing authorities for work acceptance and the proper use of funds after acceptance.
Briefs SPD, District Programs Managers, and Management on assigned program issues.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Financial Management Level II certification within 24 months from the start of employment.
