Duties
You will support 756 division projects by providing Contract Support Manager (CSM) support for the division's project requirements specifically supporting, CORs, IPT Leads, Authorizing Officials and First Line supervisors.
You will prepare, compile, analyze and review the required documentation for supply requisitions to be entered into NERP/SAP for new or replacement systems, services, parts, material and other supplies.
You will analyze, advise, and assist in preparation of PR documentation and forms (Material and service quotes, Funding documents, Statement of Work, Procurement Request, Justification and Approval, Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement).
You will perform market research for compliance with NIWC Pacific and Navy procurement regulations and policies.
You will create and/or processes all procurement actions for supplies and/or services in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) for the Division and approved external requirements.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
NO-03:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: contract and procurement programs/activities, policies, and objectives to support program/project.
NO-04:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide Contract Support Manager (CSM)/Contracting Officer Representative (COR) support, and perform Program Management duties tracking cost, schedule and performance of procurement actions.
