This position is located at the Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Maritime Intelligence Fusion Center Pacific (MIFC PAC), in Alameda, CA.
Duties
In this position as an Intelligence Operations Specialist, you will work within the Intelligence Operations Division and perform all-source intelligence analysis on maritime security threats and issues within the US Coast Guard's Pacific Area of Responsibility/Pacific Theater.

- This position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications
At the GS-12 level: Applicants must have year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade (in the Federal sector). Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Examples of specialized experience include:
Performing duties such as conducting, researching, analyzing a wide range of raw intelligence information.
Determining which intelligence information is relevant.
Drafting assessments and briefings senior officials on their intelligence findings.
Analyzing of raw intelligence data.
Writing intelligence collection reports and analyses.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
