This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, in the Marketing Division. As a Lead Program Analyst, you will assist or manage the operational and administrative aspects of the Public Sales program, including product sales and the accountability for all sales products stored in the vault(s), equipment, packaging materials, brochures, catalogs, and forms.

Duties

As a Lead Program Analyst, you will: Assist with or directly manage the BEP's Public Sales contract. Direct and coordinate inventory management and accountability requirements for the Public Sales and Meaningful Access (Currency Reader) programs. Assist or directly manage and monitor all aspects of financial transactions and cash deposits in coordination with the Office of Financial Management, as well as the United States Mint. With the concurrence of the Manager, establish, develop, and implement procedures for all administrative and operational aspects of the Public Sales Program. Design, initiate, and approve, with the concurrence of the Office of Information Systems (OIS), all new databases an Automated Data Program (ADP) reports to improve the administrative and operational aspects of the Public Sales Program.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes experience: Using database systems to manage inventory for a professional organization; AND Analyzing data and using it to develop financial reports in a computerized spreadsheet; AND Prioritizing projects or activities to meet established deadlines; AND Communicating program initiatives to targeted markets or audiences.
