Serves as a Management and Program Analyst providing Contracting Officer Representative (COR) functions on the Integrated Logistics Subteam, AJW-L511.

Duties

The Management and Program Analyst performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments and works across functional and/or organizational lines at the Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center (FAALC) under minimal guidance of a manager, project/ program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. May act as a contributing specialist on large work projects/activities or perform leadership functions for large projects/programs or other work activities.

  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
  • Successful completion of a security investigation may be required.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.

Qualifications

TO QUALIFY AT THE FV-I (FG/GS 13) level, you must demonstrate in your application you possess one (1) year of Specialized Experience equivalent to FV-H (FG/GS 12) level. Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes: Experience Identifying, collecting, and analyzing factual information, project papers, briefings, reports and/or charts; experience gathering and presenting information to management; planning, scheduling, and tracking projects/tasks; identifying and recommending solutions for complex/difficult programs; experience compiling and analyzing data or information from various sources; experience as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) providing contracting packages, such as Statement of Work (SOW), Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), Sole Source Justification (SSJ), and other contracting documentation to the acquisition officeANDSELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR (SPF): Candidates must demonstrate evidence of possessing a FAC-COR Level II or higher (or equivalent) certification. Candidates who do not possess the SPF are rated ineligible/not qualified and will not receive further consideration for the position.
