You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (STAFF DIRECTOR) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations, and Environment), at the Pentagon.
Duties
You will manage compliance with guidance directives promulgated by higher authority and other applicable federal agencies.
You will manage all administrative activities to include tasker management, strategic communications, security, budget execution, asset management and
internal controls
You will determine personnel, budget, and facility requirements across the organization to accomplish complex mission assignments in conformance to ambiguous regulations and policies open to interpretation.
You will interview candidates and recommend various personnel actions including awards, promotions or/and reassignments.
You will advise and collaborate with the Assistant Secretary and senior staff to oversee the preparation and execution of senior level reports/briefings utilizing novel methods to resolve highly complex issues.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in managing the development and execution of long-range goals for complex and large-scale programs, providing detailed analysis and recommendations to senior government officials on policies and sensitive program issues, and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks for a senior-level organization.
