Duties
This position is located under the Office of the Director, Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Washington, District of Columbia.
This position is in the Diversity and Inclusion Branch, Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, (ODEI), ATF HQ, Washington, DC. The position serves as a senior program analyst and supports the mission of the Office of the Director, Diversity and Inclusion Branch. The position reports to the Branch Chief, Diversity and Inclusion. The Office of Diversity, Equity, an Inclusion's primary purpose is to create an organization reflective of America's diverse population and to foster an environment to enable employees to achieve their full professional potential ODEI leads ATF's efforts relate DEIA and ensure proper leadership and guidance to meet agency, Department of Justice, and OPM related goals.
Qualifications
To qualify for 13, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Examples of specialized experience include:
Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs; AND
Drafting new and/or revised policies and procedures; AND
Preparing and presenting in-depth reports and recommendations.
