The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst responsible for planning, directing, developing and coordinating division program measures, data analysis, policy directives, strategic planning, metric development and database creation for the Business Integration Center.
This position is located in the Judicial Security Division (JSD)/Arlington, VA.
Duties
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-15 grade level, some of your typical work assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Conducting/overseeing research and studies relevant to Judicial Security Division.
Participating in long-term planning with senior staff and agency Business Integration Center (BIC) members.
Providing updates, proposing new projects to address objectives, and serving as division point of contact for strategic planning.
Exercising full supervisory responsibility over subordinate positions including but not limited to developing assignments to be accomplished; evaluating performance; and providing advice, counsel, and guidance to subordinates.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- This is a Testing Designated Positions (TDP) and is subject to random drug testing.
- May be required to successfully complete a supervisory probationary period.
- Must be a Current DOJ employee and meet time-in-grade requirements for consideration. (52 weeks at the next lower grade level)

Qualifications
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit Promotion applicants must provide an SF50 Notice of Personnel Action that indicates proof of status and time-in-grade eligibility. The SF50 must include the position, title, series, grade, step, tenure, type of service (Competitive or Excepted) and career status (career or career-conditional). No award SF50 will be accepted as proof of status and time-in-grade eligibility.
One year at the GS-14 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-15 grade level.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the education and/or experience required for the grade level(s) to which you apply.
To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, you must meet the following:
Specialized Experience: Experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. You must have at least one year (12 months) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing the following duties:
Leading studies and/or research that evaluates a program's effectiveness towards meeting set objectives;
Reviewing proposed initiatives and/or legislation to assess possible impact on current programs and operations;
Developing database resources that produce analytical and statistical reports; and
Recommending changes to policy or procedures related to methods for statistical data collection, analysis, and reporting.
