You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Digital, Information Technology, Analysis and Cyber Department
of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will supervise and direct an organizational group aligned under and responsible for NAWCWD Enterprise Digital Infrastructure.
You will lead an Agile software development team for full stack custom web applications leveraging Microsoft, NET web technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, etc.
You will lead a Cloud Platform team responsible for cloud platforms, cloud-ready development, and/or cloud migrations.
You will execute budget within a DPA and ensure the direct workforce is performing at expectations within the DPA.
You will plan, schedule, collect data, and conduct analyses of programs or functions with major NAWCWD stakeholders, scope and impact.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09-12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Supervisory Program Analyst. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Utilizing DPA; (2) Demonstrating use of agile software development; (3) Utilizing full stack custom web applications; and (4) Utilizing cloud-ready application development, cloud migration paths, and cloud platforms.
