About the Position: This position is located at the Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT) mission is to manage, synchronize, and oversee entry-level military training, education, and resource prioritization so Initial Military Training units can transform civilian volunteers into Soldiers who are able to contribute as leaders or members of a team upon arrival at their first unit of assignment. Fort Eustis, VA is located in Newport News, between historic Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.
Duties
Serves as the Holistic and Fitness (H2F) coordinator for TRADOC H2F on behalf of the H2F Director and Deputy Director.
Prepares, review, track and submit Operations Orders and Taskings that pertain to H2F and long-range calendar for USA Initial Military Training (USACIMT).
Serves as a coordinator that provide information requirements within the H2F Directorate in order to solicited responses to high-level offices related to H2F.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experirence requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience;
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Develop briefings & presentations 2) composing correspondences; 3) coordinate conferences for an a fitness program; 4) Coordinate individual and group travel, lodging and transportation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
