This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis.
The primary purpose of this position is to lead, manage, and supervise unclassified and classified all-source analysis on cyber threats to the Homeland.
Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.
Duties
As a Supervisory Intelligence Research Specialist (Cyber), GS-0132-15, your typical work assignments may include:
Serve as the Chief of a Cyber Intelligence Branch by organizing, planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and supervising branch personnel.
Oversee and lead the timely production and delivery to customers of all-source finished cyber intelligence products.
Initiate, expand and lead cyber intelligence partnerships and collaboration with Intelligence Community partners and Components throughout the Department of Homeland Security.

Requirements

Qualifications
Specialized Experience
You qualify for the GS-15 grade level (starting salary $155,700) if you possess the specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, performing duties such as:
Demonstrated superior leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated expertise implementing Intelligence Community Directive 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
Demonstrated capability to develop and drive a team production and delivery of all-source finished intelligence products.
Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
