You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Digital Analytics Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group, Atlantic Range & Targets Department, Atlantic Target and Marine Operations Division, Test & Evaluation Target Support Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duty Station: Patuxent River, MD
Duties
You will analyze needs and synthesize requirements information to develop requirements for target support initiatives and plans.
You will serve as a key participant along with various Program Office, OPNAV N94 and NAWCWD Target and Threat Systems Department personnel in the development of a test support strategy.
You will coordinate assignments, projects and program issues, deadlines, and time frames for completion with the team, and serves as facilitator in coordinating team initiatives and in consensus-building activities.
You will analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Preparing and managing project budgets and requirements for the purpose of financial control across multiple accounts. 2. Deriving Test and Evaluation process and requirements from program requirements/test plans or experimentation plans. 3. Generating test plan documentation to include Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Hazard Analysis. 4. Familiar with marine vessel operations or surface and aerial target operations and performance.
