Duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Planning, directing, and managing the Case Management Division (CMD) to allow the Departmental Appeals Board (DAB) organization to build its mail service reproduction capabilities around employees documented business needs.
Evaluating overall operation direction of the DAB, ensuring all activities are effective, efficient and adhere to HHS policy.
Acting as an advisor to the Senior Executive Service (SES) Executive Director of Administration on issues.
Representing the DAB on management planning committees and work groups.
Supervising a group of employees performing work up to the GS-14 level.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing at least three (3) of the following:
Applying a variety of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to the analysis, evaluation, and processing of case management issues or problems to improve outcomes, experiences, and values.
Evaluating the effectiveness of major programs and/or implementing recommendations for improvement.
Providing leadership to all agency programs, coordinating the development of short and long-range strategic case management program direction, and/or providing oversight of case management activities.
Supervising staff in a variety of disciplines and overseeing the work of case management programs at multiple levels.
